Eva Nagyova

Eva specializes in M&A, real estate, general corporate and commercial matters. Her legal practice also includes leading transactions, cooperating with financial and technical advisors, conducting negotiations, coordinating and supervising ongoing transactions to successful completion.

Eva also has robust experience in public procurement, private equity and related corporate transactional matters and has been a key advisor in several strategy and policy matters.

Eva advised in one of the largest FDI projects in Slovakia over the past decade and provided comprehensive legal advice on legislative issues and processes. She also advised multinational corporations in several greenfield and brownfield investments.

Prior to joining Barger Prekop, Eva worked for 12 years at one of the largest Slovak law firms.
