Pavol Cerny

Pavol Černý focuses his practice on corporate, M&A, banking and commercial matters. He has over 5 years of experience advising both international and local clients on various M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, joint ventures and restructurings. Pavol has significant experience with the M&A transactions in the retail and IT sector. In addition, he is experienced in advising clients on corporate and project finance in CEE.
