Richard Holec

Richard joined the team in 2020 as a law clerk. After graduating from Comenius University in Bratislava in 2024, he has continued with Barger Prekop as an associate. Richard mainly focuses his practice on criminal defense, litigation, as well as general commercial matters and arbitration. He also has experience in the judiciary as he interned at the Civil division of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic and the Ministry of Foreign and European Affaires of the Slovak Republic, where his focus was on public international law.
