Matus Lahky

Matus Lahky has over 10 years of legal experience representing both, international and domestic clients on a variety of local and cross-border matters. Matus focuses his practice on general corporate and commercial matters, M&A, banking, antitrust and energy sector regulation. His experience ranges from corporate finance, project finance, public finance and capital markets matters (ISDA, TBMA/ISMA repurchase agreements, security lending agreements, futures and options agreements) to acquisitions, joint ventures and related corporate transactional matters. Matus has also particular experience in EU competition and state aid matters. He has counseled foreign and domestic investors on competition compliance and state aid policies and represented clients in proceedings or investigations conducted by the national or EU competition authorities and courts.

Matus co-authored Slovak chapter of Cartel Regulation published in Getting the Deal Through by Law Business Research in 2012 and 2013.
