Peter Suba
Peter Šuba’s extensive practice is focused on international and domestic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, restructurings, litigation, arbitration and labor law. Peter has been involved in numerous headline transactions undertaken in Slovakia, including strategic privatization transactions, representing both buyer and seller. His practice also includes various niche industry specialties such as environmental law, IT and e-commerce, aviation law and art restitution law.
Before joining Barger Prekop Attorneys, Peter was Co-Managing Partner for five years of the Bratislava office of the largest Czech and Slovak law firm, and worked for eleven years at the Slovak office of a major US law firm. Peter also served as a trainee judge at the Circuit Military Court in Bratislava.
